they should rename it Sports Person of the Year since not one of them people featured on the list has what can be described as an award winning personality.

I disagree - I think Lewis has arguably not, but I would say both Chris Hoy and Rebecca Adlington seem to have very nice personalities.

Ellie Simmonds won that. Again, I don't think you can begrudge that, though I'd have liked to have seen Laura Robson win.

Oh - I have absolutely no interest in para-sport (do they have any competitions other than Olympics?) at all so its no wonder I haven't heard of her. And never will again I'll wager.

I'm afraid I'm very much to the Paralympics what the average British tennis fan is to Wimbledon, so I don't really know what else they do - there are other events though I believe.
