Yeah dammit stupid BBC. I've not actually watched the you tube clip myself but I hear that it's terrible and I blame the BBC directors. Someone should be sacked for this. It's either too pro Scottish in which case we should have more English/Welsh/Northern Irish programmes. Or not Scottish enough. In which case they are belittling Scotland.

I blame Matt Fincham. And call for his immediate resignation.

There does seem to be a bit of a push this year to make something of St Andrews day. Usually it just passes by like any other day. St Patricks day gets celebrated more, which is just sad. We're not Irish (even if there's lots of us which have relatives from there)

There was an advert by VisitScotland last night of several celebrity Scots singing Caledonia and the point appeared to be that 2009 is 250 years since Burns was born.

So yeah, Rab gets far more attention than Andy.
