Then I will have an iplayer/listen again weekend binge.

Which may defeat the point of the Detox.

Dave's quiz like all of Daves games was the most convoluted, idiotic, non-sensical, piece of rubbish I have ever heard.

Made bloody good radio though, had me in stitches. Almost as funny as his fantasy football thing from summer.

I nearly crashed the car this morning I was laughing so much at the Bond Quiz thing! I had tears rolling down my cheeks and my stomach hurt so much - I love Dave!

So in conclusion to my detox:

1. Local radio aint good. When Dom and Chris do The Pigeon, then that is what local breakfast is.

2. BBC local is even worse.

3. Chris is a legend.

Looks like I missed a good week.

Can I be forgiven?

Only available in England of course. The BBC's idea of "local" for non-England is to have BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Scotland, and BBC Radio Wales. It never really bothered me until one day I was driving the M6 and I found out there was a BBC Radio Stoke. Surely if that's the case Glasgow and Edinburgh should at least have their own?!
