You people are being very silly.

Yup, But I'll bet you can find EU legislation that is sillier when it comes to food.

That looks really nice, I've not tried parsley liquor before - I might have a go at making some.

My God. I'm not sure what's sillier. The fact that you all wrote 2 pages about pastry crust (and the lack thereof) or the fact that I just read it all.

I reckon the word "pie" implies that it should be a stand alone item. It shouldn't need a pot to sit in.

Pies are stronger than that- if they need something to sit in, foil is all they need, and that should be discarded before consumption

That's exactly what it is, except it's called 'liquor'.

Feck off. My opinion is the one Topher posted looks nasty, there's too much fat in the pastry part of a pie and I wouldn't eat the meat out of it. Therefore, I don't do pies unless they're a sweet dessert item.

Oh. I also agree with Yuds. Topher's picture looks like your elephant funk again.

And almost the worst thing about liqour is that its pronounced "licker". Bleargh.

Tastes nice though. And let's face it, anything that green that I think tastes nice has got to be a good thing.

It really doesn't.

You're right. The colour's off a tad bit. It looks more like your latest signature. Have you been dipping your face into Topher's parsley liquor?

It's not what is on the plate that is the worst part, its how its presented.

I want a sprig of parsley on the top. A SPRIG DAMNIT!

It's pie and mash. What you see is what you get. And what you get is good.
