Three desperately needed points - what a relief. It was a shame it was against Stockport though, Mr Yudster cites Stockport as his "other" team.
All we need now is to work out how to win at home. Maybe moving back to Layer Road would be the answer? The fans would prefer it - it might be a crumbling tiny old place but at least you can get there easily by bus, and if you drive you'll be able to find somewhere to park without too much trouble. The new place is rubbish. They've laid on the most convoluted and incomprehensible park and ride systems to get people there - someone I know who lives two and a half miles from the ground (which he would walk except that he takes his little lad with him who can't manage that distance in anything less than half a day) has to drive ten miles over to the other side of town, park, and get a bus back the way he came to get to the match. And they wonder why the crowds are staying away............
