I've never actually known how much it is you need to drink before you are over the limit, it's really difficult to convert the alcohol units into mg of alcohol in your blood, because there are so many factors to take into consideration.

Thats funny, when I have bad days I over-react and swear at young girls when it's completely un-called for too...

He's also apologised to me in a pm. I'm not too fussed by it, I can just add it to my reasons as to why most men are complete tits.

I'm fairly sure I could drive better drunk than some people can sober. But I wouldn't try. My rule of thumb is simple - if I've had drink in the last 24 hours I'm not driving.

He realised straight away but was at work

Far be it for me to defend the duck, but he was making a pretty serious point and one which I agree with. There is a time and a place for pedantical willy waving, and that wasn't one of it. Although his reaction was maybe a bit over the top.

In my opinion, If you are driving, you don't drink. If I had one drink then had an accident, i'm pretty sure it would play on my conscious that i might have managed to avoid the accident had I not had that one drink.

I don't drink alcohol at all, so i'm often designated driver for the drinkers.

Today I had a chicken and bacon salad sandwich from Morrisons, a tracker choc chip bar and a muller light strawberry yoghurt. Lovely

A sandwich lady with very posh sandwiches delivers to our office. I had a falafel coriander wrap with lambs lettuce and mediterranean salsa.

I know! Too expensive for everyday though.

Today I had a Crayfish & mayonnaise sandwich, McCoy's Cheese & Onion crisps, a Special K Mint Chocolate bar & orange juice. The McCoy's crisps obviously canceled out the healthiness of the other stuff
