According to Aled, who has blogged this morning, the Chris Moyles show blogs will be changing from tomorrow...... and people have to tune in tomorrow to find out what's what!!

What on earth does "pulling her core" mean? I know nothing about pilates, except they sound Captain Jack Sparrow might meet them if he went to China.

Whatever it is, Rach is doing them with her frieds apparently.

Did anyone catch who gets what day? Obviously Dom's got the Wednesday slot, but I was in an early (but brief) meeting and only caught the end of the discussion when I came out.

Exclamation Blog Day today I see

I wonder if it's something to do with how you hear what you're writing in your head. A lot of what I write goes through my head in an excited voice, so you kinda feel obliged to make the point when you're writing - ergo you finished with an exclamation mark rather than a full stop. I used to do it quite a lot, until it was picked up on by lots of people on another message board. So Carrie's not the only one to suffer from over-exclaiming!

Anyway, Carrie's Muffin or Andi's Muffin... which would you rather munch on? :wink:
