No, bob used to have moderator powers, but Chris took them away when people complained about it.

I thought the Moderator was automatic. Hence Chris saying "i'll tone it down a bit" etc meaning the program that...

Yes, hence the swear filter, but one that detects biching would be darn near impossible.

I actually only ever moderated one thing once I think, Can't even remember what that ws. I made sure I was very fair. Bob did far more of the moderating but I'm sure he was fair too.
