Welcome Adrian, good to see an eloquent and articulate newbie on the board. You seem to know your stuff about radio 1, for the good shows anyway! You'll fit in just fine. One word though - "lol" is a big no-go on here, avoid that and you're all set.

It's good to have a Kiwi on board - is Flight of the Conchords big over there or is it only known in America / UK?
Zane Lowe is definitley worth a listen - plus he drops in the odd 'BAND MEETING!'

Yeah, Flight of the Conchords is big stuff here. Much national pride when they won those recent awards. We're a small country and everyone pulls together. So when anything NZ has an international success, it makes the news, and everyone shares the happiness. It's very uplifting, to be honest!

Remember that "Where's the juice" clip of Zane, that Chris uses? We have a Sky music channel here called "The Juice". Whenever I hear a Kiwi voice on the channel, saying its name, it makes me think of Zane!

By the way, I have noticed an interesting song and video from a young Kiwi woman. I doubt that she'll be distributed outside NZ, so most of you would never get to experience this quirky song and singer. (I have no involvement, affiliation etc)
