Has anyone been to the big weekend before? Hopefully i can make it next saturday, but im having trouble getting out of a prior engagement and told a couple of friends they can have the tickets if i cant go (im sure they will buy me a few pints sometime)

But if they need some kinda ID or whatever then kinda stuffed. Hopefully i can still go but still..

Technically, the tickets are not transferable, and the possible requirements for id are outlined in your email - so if you do give the tickets away, whoever you give them to runs a real risk of not getting in. I suppose it all depends on how likely you think it is that lots of people are going to be asked for id.

you'lll all be delighted to know that I was not allocated any tickets either.Then again as my email adress is hardwired to the Radio one anti-nutter alarm system I suppose the chances of getting any were always slim..

Excuse me, people around here aren't always horrible thank you very much... and even if they are, it's not "everyone". I'm semi-new still and i've never had anyone be horrible towards me <cue insults>...
The only time that people around here could be classed as being horrible are when we're correcting people who can't spell or string a sentence together... THAT is when we're "horrible".

Actually, you're still properly new (in my opinion.) But most of the time you're fine, so people are fine towards you.
