Well done to Patrick yesterday!

He was instantly a good guest: observant, nice & relaxed with Moyles, as well as being able to be firm with him.

I liked the fact that Patrick pointed out the difference between on-air Chris (big ego, etc.), and off-air Chris (vulnerable).

Unfortunately, as the interview progressed, there was just a bit too much of the on-going Johnny Vaughan "saga". Sort it out, eh?

Good for Patrick for promoting Sport Relief: http://www.sportrelief.com. This will be on TV on Friday, 14th March '08 at 1900 hours. Hosts will be Patrick, Davina McCall, Gary Lineker and Claudia Winkleman. There will also be contributions from leading Sports Stars!! :-)

Patrick finished the morning by completing the celeb. lap, even though he couldn't count past 4 afterwards!!

6/10 from me. :-) Well done! Enjoyed this.

Erm, I think that was the reason for him being in, was it not?

I normally can't stand Kielty (why can't he admit that some people are shite on Fame Academy ... Love Island) but he was good value the other day and in a previous interview he contributed to one of the moments that still makes me smile ... namely, Nic-Nak Paddy Whack, a game invented by Dave which involved bowling Nic-Nak corn snacks at Patrick who had to fend them off with a frying pan. Or something.

T'was a wok and he had to catch them in it. The feature was called Nik Nak Paddy Wok. And it's up there with the song "Take a look at my cheese for it's comedy value"

Actually I also like the clips in the archive of Chris making up songs to the Match Of The Day theme as well.

But Paddy K (I'm down wit da kids ya'll) was great. Good to have genuinely funny guests on. I guess Moyles was right. It is better to have guests on that "get" the show.
