Milk Chocolate is the best in my eyes. I love Bountys, Mini Eggs and Cream Eggs... But I wouldn't say No to any chocolate to be honest!

White chocolate doesn't contains cocao. I'm not sure why it's called "chocolate"?

I've been eating more dark chocolate lately as it contains a lot of antioxidants but I prefer milk chocolate. Favorite box? You mean like Godiva or whatnot? I'd say Fortnum & Mason in London. Their milk chocolate is superb.

Yes, I see the extra "s" in my post above -- I'm half a cup of tea into my morning. I don't need to hear about it.

still can't see it... anyhow, I always focus in on the fact that Americans spell "favourite" as favorite. they take the "u's" away.

Well, I'm not sure, but it's nice.

(The extra 's' is in the bit that I quoted, Viv.)

Easter will be here soon. I've had a chocolate drought living off some Quality Street tin, like some war ration.

The difference between black and milk Is that In black chocolate they don't put as much milk In, Which then makes It a darker colour. :D

I don't like dark chocolate, it's too bitter for my liking. My boss brought in the Co-Op's fair trade dark chocolate the other day and got us to try some, it was truly revolting.. it was about 85% cocao or something. Of the milk chocolate that I like, Galaxy is the best by a long, long way.

There are two raw ingredients for chocolate which are both derived from the cocoa bean - cocoa solids, which is basically what we know as cocoa, and cocoa butter which is the colourless oil extracted from the pods. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, but no cocoa solids. Milk and dark chocolate contains both cocoa solids to varying levels and cocoa butter - also other vegetable oils. The better quality the cocolate, the higher the proportions of coca solids and cocoa butter.
