I didnt catch any of the brits and havent heard anyone on the Moyles show mention it much but did the big man die on his arse? im just curious

Chris Moyles appeared on the 2008 Brit Awards to present the award for the best live act. His performance was heavily critised as both of his jokes fell flat and also due to his questionable personal appearance. Unusually his critics have included other BBC presenters who normally would say nothing or complement his performance.

I'd not say he did anything that warranted that write-up on Wikipedia! He simply came out, said a few jokes which fell on dead ears (jokes don't ever seem to go down too well at the Brits) and read out the award. It wasn't great but not terrible either. I think all the attention would have been directed towards Vic Reeves

It was a tough gig, screaming kids in the audience etc. When he held the envelope up to reveal Take That had won it was trembling like a leaf. Tough, tough gig, hes completely at home talking in the Radio1 studio though, much easier.
