Just loved the fact that Peter Jones showed up apparently dressed for a tennis match!! (ready for the celebrity lap), then proceeded to do a strip in the Studio! Totally not the beginning I would have expected from a man who always appears so self-controlled on T.V.!!
Peter spoke about his new show, "American Inventor", which begins tonight at 2100 hours on Virgin 1. I do like Peter in Dragons Den, so I'm sure this will be very good indeed.
As the interview progressed, I found it to be increasingly awkward, with Moyles bizarrely burping like a loon just before "ramble". Peter Jones struck me as being more than a little irritated.
Overall, this was sub-standard this morning. I don't know WHAT was going on behind the scenes, but I swear there was something "not quite right" (from a listener point of view).
Well done Mr Jones for being professional enough to do the Celeb. lap anyway, and to go on to be the new leader!!

I'd like to know how to do it just for the sake of it, but it would annoy me to go back in time (if you understand)... Generally, if I miss a show, it's simply "gone" (in my head - if this makes sense).
