The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

I'm swimming in chianti but I've got it. S4 wonders whether your tastes are disparate to those previously recognized. She clearly didn't pick up on the 'Footsy' mention and realize it was purely retaliatory on your part like I did.

They believe in animals but they don't believe they have souls.....so they have that loophole.

Really? I thought that the Bible did consider animals (beasts) to have souls; although, if I remember correctly, the concept of a soul in the Bible is a lot different to what most people believe a soul is - I think it just means life-force, or breath, as opposed to an everlasting energy (or whatever it is people believe).

Well, that's interesting. I wonder why they've come to that conclusion - it seems a little odd for them to contradict the Bible like that, and especially over something like the soul-age of animals.

Console, there is nothing in the least bit unusual in the Church of Rome (or the Anglican Church or any other denominational body) contradicting the bible. They do it all the time.

No liver as I'm a vegetarian and even before becoming one liver made me want to vomit. However, I did have a scone, cream and jam.

I don't like liver either. Scones, cream and jam aren't as interesting (nice though.)

Surely any tangent is more interesting than continuing a discussion about what was such a ridiculous question to begin with?
