The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Right. Chris always seems to lose the weight, only to put it back on again. So, here is my "motivational thread" where people can post ideas of how he can actually put an end to the "yo-yo" way of life! I say:-

1. He employs a Personal Trainer! Scott Mills has one, and it seems to work wonders! :-)

2. He doesn't actually think "DIET", but more "new lifestyle".

3. Rather than stopping after Sport Relief, he should continue to focus on other Charities, and other ways of raising money, by running, or doing some other
kind of sport.

4. He could give himself "treats" at the end of each week for pounds lost.

Viv. Leave him alone! As a skinny wench you have no idea how horrible it is to have people constantly going on about your weight!

IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

OK, no need to shout!! I appreciate it is "none of our business", but for health reasons, I think he could do with losing a few pounds. And ONLY for health reasons. I like his face. :-)

Console, what's the matter? That was positively weak. You must be ill. Perhaps you should lose weight?

It wasn't weak, it was just directed at the wrong audience. GP is commonly used to refer to Grand Parent on forums, or at least threaded forums, where you would have child posts, parent posts, grand parent posts, sibling posts, etc.

I'm still concerned for your health. You are usually far more entertaining than this.

From a health point of view, I think people should keep themselves as fit as they can. Those who are significantly overweight have a higher chance of ill health.

On the other hand, it's a case of each to their own - if people are happy with their lives, then more power to them. I wish more people were.

Actually, it is.
Chris said that he likes people knowing about his weight loss attempts to that he is constantly being reminded and 'embarassed into losing weight' (his words not mine). He wants the motivation!
