Yes, sharks everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief as Roy Schnieder who played Sherrif Brodie in Jaws and Jaws II has sadly passed away after being ill for some time...
Don't know much more about him but Jaws is an all time classic film and one of my favourites with so many quoteable lines and parodied hundreds of times.
He was also in the futuristic show set in a submarine Seaquest DSV or something, a bit like Stingray but with less puppets and a talking dolphin......
I was sad this morning as I read it anyway.
