Vernon won't commit to a five day a week show for that length of time, surely? Even every other week, although I'd be very happy if he did. What about Dick and Dom? That might be ok - although I much preferred JK and Joel, I miss them on early breakfast. I wouldn't mind Nihal, his weekend shows have got a lot better since he relaxed into it all a bit more.

Ithink it's Radio 1's loss. They were very good.

Got to say i am not kidding. I know sara cox works at radio 1. But as far i I know she fills in for others. What does she have a slot at the weekend sometime? There are some times I never listen to radio 1. Hardly ever hear ediths show.

Uncsbobby, Sara has a permanent slot on Saturday and Sunday 1pm until 4 pm. She also once did chris Moyles' job, before he took over. You should listen more often!! It's great. Nihal's really good at the weekend too: 0700 - 1000 hours.

I have heard Nihals slot. He good. I think I have heard sara on a sunday once. Shes a great dj. I am surprised I haven't heard her more because my favorite show of the week is the chart show(Fearne is my favorite dj even above chris).

I do remember that she had chris's slot on a morning. She even ocxcasionally turned up to do the show.
