I don't think you can dismiss an entire 20 odd year run of a programme as uniformly rubbish. Yes, a lot of it hasn't aged well and we're used to more sophisticated production values these days but some of the stories were good, "City of Death" for one example. Granted, there were some woeful ones ("Delta and the Bannerman") for one but it certainly had its moments.

I think you have to have seen Star Trek (probably the film they are on about) to fully appreciate it. But from the sounds of it, someone yells "Khan" in the film.
