There are some days when I would very much agree with you, but it was very nice this morning, the sun was shining and the birds were singing and the air was at that very nice temperature where the cold was just starting to bite at you and when you breath in (which you do a lot while running) you can feel it reach into every nook and cranny of your lungs.

I don't have a set route anymore; I used to run a really complicated zig-zag through all of the alleyways and underpasses around where I live, but now I just run any old route. Sometimes I just run as far as I can in a single direction until I'm too tired to go any further and then walk back. It's actually quite interesting sometimes, you can find all sorts of shortcuts and little hide-away areas that you never knew existed.

Exploring woods can be fun, but it was in a particular wood that my foot happened to find a certain hole, so I'm staying out of them for the time being. My foot hasn't properly healed yet, so I'm sticking to flat paths for now, or at least as flat as the council workers can make the paths round here, anyway.

I'm sure Console has mentioned he runs every morning on numerous occasions before.

I need to start going to the gym before work again.
