You honestly keep trying to attract my attention. Not getting enough at home, right hand too tired? Afraid you're not my type, too immature.

I'm not, but I'm not fussed about it - im beasting myself at the gym most days so it's all going the right way. I've noone to blame but me for being a bit on the heavy side and noone but me can sort it out. And there isnt a magic pill that will make it happen - hard graft is the way forward. And it works.

I met a guy I used to work with in the gym today, he must have been about 22 stone when I worked with him. He joined the same place as me about four months ago and has lost four stone in four months - he may well still be overweight, but he is definitly going the right way.

Today I had battered sausage and chips. This makes it an especially junk food week even for me now, I will curb it next week. The excuse is I was at my sister's and treating them.

No, I treated my sister, her boyfriend and his daughter to chips and fish (though Caitlin, the little girl, had sausage).

Wow this is a long thread.

I used to be very very fat. Then I got very thin (it took a couple of years). Then I got a bit bigger, but not fat (it took a year or so). Then I had a baby (that took nine months). Then I was a bit squidgy again, so I started swimming, running and boxing (not all at the same time). Then I was about right I reckon, and I felt well. I've been about the right weight for ages now - but still not a day goes by that I don't think I'm fat. I have no idea how to change that, but if I could, and could teach other women how, I would be very rich indeed I think.
