I really don't get why the press (and therefore non-fans) have this idea of him being some bigoted obnoxious bully. If you listen to his show for even a couple of hours you can tell he's not like this atall.
I'd certainly not brand him a 'shock jock'. Maybe he raises his voice now and again but that's it.
