I was listening to Pete Tong live from The Ministry of Sound around midnight (I was in the car, being a taxi for Miss Yudster who was working) - the fifteen minutes either side of midnight on Radio 1 were brilliant, absolutely fantastic.

I was in Oceana in Milton Keynes, which was actually a very good night. It should have been though, at £20 a ticket. Considering entry tickets are pretty much pure profit (OK they have to print the tickets, but I suspect the price is marginal, particularly in bulk), they must have earned an awful lot from entry fees. But it was good, so that ain't too bad.

My sister was in bed by about 10.30, I believe the steroids the hospital are giving her daily have something to do with that.

Like you, Yuds (above) I listened to R1. Stayed up specially. It was good. I had MILK at midnight, which I was really quite cross about, because I'm not even allowed a small glass of vino with my medication.

I couldn't drink either because I was driving - but I haven't had a proper drink for so long, it didn't seem to matter. Ah well.
