My entire family are a bit "barking", so sometimes I hide in cupboards from them.

Maybe i'm just lucky to have a nice family then. Are yours a bit like Carrie's cousin then? Have they done their own dental work and used polyfiller?

I like all my family but one Aunt is a tad of an alcoholic and starts ranting her mouth off when she is drunk, she is invited to the Christmas party on the night and i just don't want any arguments or tension.

I will be happy to not see my brother in law, his wife and their two incredibly bland blonde children who look exactly like all the other little blonde girls in the world - honestly, my neices, and I wouldn't know them if I saw them in the street, they are totally bland and anonymous. I don't have anything against them though, it's their parents I can't stand.

I do have a cousin who is liable to drink too much and get a bit mouthy. When my uncle lived over here they always used to start an argument. Luckily said uncle now lives in Spain so that's that avoided.

I've got one less family member to avoid, as my uncle has died during the Xmas period, and the funeral is tomorrow. I am not going.
