What I have pointed out before is that it is the principle that mattered more than anything else, and that rather than complaining about it but doing nothing to try and change it, I am pleased that those people who decided to take positive action seem to have made a difference.

So you are assuming that everyone who didn't sign your petition, or refused on here to do so, a) complained and b) did nothing?

I don't do petitions. I'm far happier letting people in power decide how my life should be lived. There's far less for me to think or worry about then and I can concentrate on the important things in life.

I think it'd be a much better place. Admittedly some of the words may have got out of hand and I have been re-reading 1984 lately but the rest of the idea still stands.

Id' have to say yes. I've had this idea way before coming on here and my sister has a similar idea although in her idea she is ruler not me.
