Hello again , can someone please show me where it says "No capitalising' in the T and Cs

you ban me for capitalising then say the people on here are moaners ( its ironic that i am saying this because im actualy moaning but so)

If not, it still says on the main forum page that there might be swearing in Ramble. That implies that there isn't swearing else where. Most of us pay attention to that rule, I think. Plus, seriously - i'd imagine that most 12 year olds have heard some naughty words by that stage in their lives.

Actually, that's only on American, commercial sites; it's the COPPA (Child's online privacy protection act, I think) and it's an American law that require parental consent for sites to accept information from children (under 13 years old), which includes email addresses and other essential information that is generally required to sign up to forums. However, as this site is non-profit and British it doesn't fall under that law. It's actually an extremely stupid law, because it's not exactly difficult for a child to just lie, and it's nigh on impossible for sites to correctly determine a persons age.

Some may, but either way, it's not turned on at this site. I don't actually think it's enabled by default in phpBB, it's not enabled on my test copy, and I don't remember disabling it.

Most Websites that ask for an age will not let you on if you say you are under 18 ( or on the odd occation 13) But its easy to just lie ( or if you have said you are under the age you can just refresh the page)
