If you do plan to take legal action and have your day in court, a word of advice, wear a suit.

And take a towel, there might be hot lights in the courtroom. (Sorry, I know that was cheap but I couldn't resist).

..well, intelligence hasn't exactly been a hallmark in any of the actions so far, so perhaps we shouldn't be expecting too much.

As an aside - forum etiquette: if your post is the last one, it's considered polite to edit that, instead of adding another one.

That goes for all web message boards, not just this one.

sorry I will bare that in mind in future, though its not for every one, thats a bit of a weeping statement, though, as I say I will remember in future :)

Actually, double posting is against forum etiquette (where you're posting within a short enough time span and have the ability to edit your posts; if there's a gap of days then it's generally considered OK to make a new post); just because the forums you frequent don't enforce these rules of etiquette it doesn't mean they don't exist.

God, I didn't half start something with this thread. Good God. I had an "odd" sense of this thread as I was creating it as well, and I was right!!

It's neither a weeping nor a sweeping statement, it's a statement of fact. You're not really in a position to be getting clever with anyone at the moment, but if you want to try me, go ahead.

I did as well! I hesitated 5 TIMES prior to posting this particular topic, and hesitating is never something I normally do!! :-) Plus, I had spotted several "new faces" at the bottom of the screen. I always look to see who is about, and I was suspicious regarding who they might be!!

All of the new people that posted in this thread joined up after you started this thread.

As we were discussing the 'foresight' you had while writing the thread the natural inference of your words was that the 'noticing' of new users was happening at the same time.

Was the noticing before or after the creation of the thread?

ou frequent don't enforce these rules of etiquette it doesn't mean they don't exist.
all Im saying is that its a rule for some forums but not all, as for taking you on, why would I want to ? and how could I ? if you want to take me on, feel free, but all I'm doing now is reacting to rude and abusive comments made by some of the posters on here.
alot of the new posters i would say are people who i either know or have tried our product , but if anyone wants to check if their all me please feel free to check the ISP address's or whatever it is that makes it possible to trace which PC someone registered from and what part of the country they are from if it helps, thanks shark for the comment, its appreciated :)

Would you like to 'react' to my earlier question as to whether or not your (now Ex-) customer actually said it was because of Moyles' comments that he no longer wants to do business with you?

Do you not have your own website or forum where you and your friends can all "appreciate" your product together?

Martin, if this helps at all, often what look like biggest disasters can turn around in your favour!! If you do manage to thrive after this, good! :-)

I reiterate what the people who have been wishing you luck say, it takes a lot of guts to start your own business. It takes more than that though. You also need the ability to recognise when you are wrong and to put things right. I do wish you luck, however the quote above demonstrates why I think it is waste of time.
