I think it's a shame JK and Joel are leaving, I've been listening to them on and off this week, and was just starting to like their show. Oh well.

Good news for us though with an extra 30 mins of Moyles, although I suppose most of you will sleep through that half hour.

I also quite liked JK and Joel. I don't see the point in the 'simulcast' thing with Trevor Nelson, personally.

I'll usually sleep through the first half hour of Moyles, unless I go to the gym before work (which I need to start doing again.)

JK and Joel leaving is bad news :( I always liked what I heard, seems a strange choice. I saw them being primed as potential Moyles replacements. Will miss the Moyles/JK and Joel banter.

I really thought the next schedule changes would see Whiley and Bowman out... ach well.

Nice to see a new DJ in the main schedule not being an actual celebrity. Anybody heard Greg James's work? Is he any good?

Fearne and Reggie for the chart - I'm not fussed but since Fearne films so much stuff she'll be away for the majority of it. I suspect Kelly Osbourne will be in the job of Sunday Surgery for little more 6 months as she is one of the worst tv presenters around and won't have the sensitivity required for the job - although she could well surprise me.

Sad to see JK & Joel leaving, presumably to concentrate on their tv stuff - not surprised as at the moment they aren't getting a sniff of a "promotion" off earlies - Personally I'd ship Jo off to 6music, Edith in at 10-1 and JK and Joel 1-4. I bet they'll be on Capital in a year or 2

I know I'm in the minority here, but I'd be disappointed to see Whiley go.

That surprised me too.

More Moyles and the team is always a good thing :).

I really liked Jk and Joel when they first started on R1, but then they started to grate on me a little, but i started to come around to them again more recently.

Fearne and Reggie are horrible DJ's imo, so putting them on a show were they don't have to say much seems like a good idea to me.

I'm surprised to see Vernon Kay's still there, i really cant figure out what his appeal is.

I wasn't that impressed with the shows i've heard from him, but then again i don't really like the shows with solo DJ's, so i might be the wrong person to judge him.

Can't help thinking this may be the start of the end. Didn't Chris Evans get an extra half hour which he called the secret half hour just before he started to go mad and demand friday's off (yes I know about the jingle).

I will however be glad to have extra earlier Moyles as I have to get out of bed ridiculously early and I've normally left the house well before the opening song.

 @ Dick and Dom, i remember the last time they were on, they were * dire. What a bizarre choice.

Greg James is cool, still very young but has a lot of potential, JK and Joel i can live with or without.

I Just hope Kustski hasn't been dropped, that would really piss me off.

Didn't he say contract negotiatons were happening at the moment? I wonder how much more of our hard earned taxes he will be reaping in as a result?

Nope i quite like Jo Whiley and would be sad to see her go, i like the fun between her and moyles some of the songs he would sing about her would make me cry with laughter! :D

I am not to fussed with Edith Bowman take her or leave her, much rather sara cox on in the afternoon, but i think for the next 2 weeks that can come true!

Extra Half hour of moyles YAY but i will have to wake up eariler now thou :P Wonder what new and wonderful things they will put into that half hour,

Surprised to see JK and Joel go but I look forward to Fearne and Reggie taking over the chart, about time after 40 years (or 50+ going back to the Light Programme days) that a woman had a go at the Radio 1 chart.

I can't wait for the Teen Zone as well.

I too will be sad to see JK & Joel go even tho I don't hear much of them these days. When I was doing a long commute last year I was getting up at 5.45am so I would hear over an hour of their show and I liked it. From what I have heard of Greg James so far he just doesn't seem to have much of a personality. I also cannot stand Nihal so more of him is a bad thing as far as I'm concerned.

I think the extra half hour of Moyles might actually help me get up a bit earlier. As it stands at the moment my alarm goes off at 6.40 and I have one snooze and then get up and shower whilst the news and cheesy song are on, and I'm always on the last minute leaving the house! Maybe him starting at 6.30 will inspire me to actually get my backside out of bed.

I love waking up to JK and Joel they are really good - what a pity but an extra half hour with Chirs every morning is cool although I have to listen to the show on listen again as Im in the gym by 6.30 most mornings and we cant listen to the show in the office. Its great this couple of weeks as Im working in our India office so Im getting to listen to the whole show live. 8)

Nihal seemed ok when he stood in for Chris that time, but since then he's got worse and worse, wooden and stilted, sounds like he's reading everything - he might be better in a two-hander with someone to chat to rather than have to present all by himself. I got the impression that JK and Joel had decided to leave rather than been pushed, but obviously that might be wrong. But Early Moyles - very good, I like that a lot.
