Info is up on Radio1 online about Radio1's Birthday celebrations from the 17th to 30th September
The weekday nights before are going to have special shows hosted by bands including the Arctic Monkeys and Noel Gallagher apparently.
Last time Tony Blackburn co-hosted with Moyles it was quite good I think. The whole show is in the soundvault if anyone wants to hear it.
Anyone want to take bets on the first record that will be played on the show, The Move Flowers in the Rain and Kaiser Chiefs cover of Flowers in the Rain
Radio 1 Established 1967 celebrates 40 years of Radio 1. The merrymaking commences on Monday 17th September culminating in a special day of shows on September 30th, the day Radio 1 launched.
