The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

I don't mind Rachel, it's good to have someone to stand up to Chris. I'm not saying any of the others are sycophants but I think Rachel does bring a bit of balance.
She is very corporate though.
The best game they play is the silence game. She hates it and who'd have thought listening to silence could be so much fun.

It sounds harsh but she isn't interesting or entertaining enough. I know she's not paid to be, but in that case why give her the air time?

Moyles is an experienced DJ who's been on the radio for seventeen years... he knows when its time for the news, he knows when to play a record etc etc. Yes its about striking a balance but at the moment its to the shows detriment.. Carrie and Rachel, bar a female voice, bring very little. Plus the corporate moaning every link is pathetic. Although hopefully management may give her a job soon and we can finally have Aled in as producer.

I'm with you on Carrie, she's rubbish. Like an over-excited school girl. I much prefered Jules.
But I like the way he winds Rachel up, it makes me laugh.

*stares at MC* :D

Why, exactly, would Aled be better? And at what, being on air or producing?

I thought Rachel was hilarious this morning, but then I like her a lot anyway. And I am liking Carrie more these days than I used to. I think Aled is probably quite a long way from being able to fill Rachel's shoes in pure producing terms, just think of the difference merely in experience, let alone corporate seniority, but on the air they both bring something unique and special to the show.

I don't mind Aled but there was a period (admittedly a while ago now) when he was just on too much.

The shows are ten times better when Aled produces. He is the natural successor clearly, its just a matter of when. Hopefully soon.

Its weird to think the last time there was a significant team change (ignoring Joce, Natasha, execs) was THREE years ago.
