You can find Chris in this weeks 'Heat Magazine' on page 51.

He's in violation of the smoking ban by smoking within four metres of the entrance to a public building (i.e. not a private dwelling). Chris risks a £50 fine.

yea, but it is probably a standard size pavement.

Im not sure if your law is the same as ours down here - all the pubs have smoking thingys outside them now - everyone crowds round the doorway.

There are some railings next to the door which I know aren't four metres away. Not that I'm the smoking police, so it doesn't really matter.

Who realy cares,the savour entertains us 5 mornings a week,so he nipped out for a smoke,dont we all (well for the smokers) i say screw the ban lol

Well as a smoker I'm in the minority as I agree with the ban, but it's just ridiculous that you have to be four metres from the door, just another example of this countries controlling nanny state
