im angry this morning as ive droped my laptop on my cast which didn't damage my laptop but for some reason unbeknown to man cracked my cast and ive had to sit through hours of pain to have a fresh cast put on this happend about 00:43 ish and have only just got back from a+e

Didn't know that. Maybe I just wasn't bothered enough to notice before other than knowing that Lance Armstrong won it a lot.

The route of the tour is different every year, and the direction it takes in its "circuit" of France. It is primarily in France, although always has one stage at least partly in Belgium. It has had stages in Holland, the UK, Spain, Italy and Germany before too. Although the precise route varies, it always takes in a series of stages in the Alps and another series in the Pyrenees - there are traditional and favourite mountain stages which tend to be included frequently, although this year I think a few old favourites are conspicuous by their absence.
