I wouln't be too hasty, The family of Nancy (Chris's wife) are disputing that the kid actually had Fragile X. Dave Meltzer (#1 wrestling journalist in the world) is saying that we should 'expect medical records to be subpoenaed'.

As for the tragedy, I'm still wrapping my head around it all. People can blame steroids and "roid rage" all they want, but roid rage is a momentary outburst of anger. This was pre-meditated, lengthy, and brutally evil. There had to have been something ticking in his mind, whether the results of post-concussion syndrome, the stresses of every day life or a combination of everything. But despite what Fox News are telling us, this story does not begin and end with steroids.

Not a good sport for your health then, looks like it should come with a public health warning and maybe not performed in a public place but outside in the rain.

He means that her ring name was Woman, not that she was one.

Wow, that list is surprisingly long, some big names there, Andre, Boss Man, Yokozuna, British Bulldog, BamBam, Curt Hennig, Owen Hart, Benoit, Guerrero, Pillman, Crash Holly, and Candido just to name a few. Just makes you think who could be next, Stone Cold ? Hogan ? Ultimate Warrior (would be a good bet i reckon), Bret Hart ? Its very worrying what the job and steroids can do to you.

Sorry but that made me laugh out loud.

If you send a video of you laughing out loud to Chris, he will let you call it "lol".

Not necessary. With regard to acronyms, been there and done that and I'm no good a brevity :)

I have an image now of Chris getting lots of those frightening laughing clown type images. They used to have one at Blackpool (maybe still do?) and its just creepy.

and Crash Holly basically drowned in his own vomit after a night of very heavy drinking, from the reports I saw. If you looked into it, I don't think as many of these deaths would be steroid related as some would have us believe.

Maybe there's another common link within the group of people who wrestle for a living which puts them at risk of early death. I wonder what it could be.....

self-destructive behaviour? my brother could come up with some deeper meaning, but it would probably be crap.

I was thinking maybe something a bit more basic than that.

Correct. Fox and co are basically implying that all the wrestlers listed in a previous post died of steroid-related problems. But some of those names didn't die from drugs whatsoever...

Chris Von Erich - Committed suicide over depress due to death of his brothers
Jay Youngblood - Series of heart attacks backstage after possibly rupturing his spleen and being rushed to the back
Joey Marella - Died from a car crash
D.J. Peterson - Killed in motorcycle accident
Owen Hart - Fell 50 feet accidentally
Chris Candido - Died from a blood clot through complications of surgery
Adrian Adonis - Killed when the minivan he was in swerved and drove into a lake
Yokozuna - Heart attack, probably from eating too much and weighing close to 800lbs
Big Dick Dudley - Kidney failure
Marianna Komlos - Died of breast cancer
Mark Curtis - Died of cancer
Vivian Vachon - Killed in a road accident
Brady Boone - Died in a car accident
Randy Anderson - Died of cancer
Bruiser Brody - Stabbed
Earthquake - Died from cancer
Mike Awesome - Suicide
Nancy Benoit (Woman) - Murdered
Dino Bravo - Shot dead, unsolved crime
Junkyard Dog - Died in a single-car accident
Andre the Giant - Heart attack, no doubt due to his size and excessive drinking
Big John Studd - Died of liver cancer and hodgkins disease
Chris Adams - Shot dead by his best friend during a drunken fight, supposedly in self-defence
Jumbo Tsuruta - Died from complications of kidney transplant (he had liver and kidney cancer and Hepititus B)

Many of the other names died of non-steroid related drug issues (overdoses or shooting/hanging themselves, mostly). Only half or less were actually related to steroid use/abuse over the years.
