Ok help an American - what is the "Big Red Button" and I think it is funny as can be that Chris talks about Paris Hilton being banged. She qualifies for the American and British meaning of that.

I've not heard todays show yet - but the red button is what we are constantly told to push when watching television. Its for a load of interactive things that go with the programme thats being shown.

A lot of the radio one gigs are shown on the television but to access them you need to push this magical red button.

As for Paris Hilton - i think he would mean banged up? Which means in jail. Which isn't good enough for her - stupid tart.

Yeah, I was going to say - over here 'banged' means 'f*cked' and 'banged up' means you're doing time.
