Ok here is the link to the article http://bps-research-digest.blogspot.com/2007/05/power-of-light-touch-on-arm.html

Basically it boils down to this. A group of researchers (from France) have been running tests where half of the time they touch the arm of a female and then ask for her number. The stats seem to weigh in the direction that they got more numbers after they had touched the arm.

Ladies any thoughts?
Gents any luck? any slaps?

I don't see the difference. In fact if anything I think I'd be less inclined to give someone my number if they touched me - personal space and all that. People are always trying to touch my hair and it p1sses me right off.

i don't understand why people do that. it's really annoying now that i have a shaved head because people are surprised all my hair hasn't fallen out yet. i'm not a flipping cat!
