Scopophobia or Scoptophobia is the closest I can find, meaning a fear of being looked at or noticed.
It's not photophobia which is a medical condition where someone is unable to tolerate light.

I also hate getting photographed. I always, always think I look fat and I get chronic redeye - maybe the light bounces off my hair or something. The reason almost all of my myspace pics and the like are stupid arty ones that I've taken myself with the camera held out in front of me is that taking them myself is the only way I can get some sort of quality control.
