I see no problem with reviving this thread - its a decent place various "i'm bored out my tits but I can't be assed starting a new thread" conversations.

I can understand how it could be irritating if people kept on kidding on it was a real bar but some folks get irritated at a lot of new threads starting, so in essence - someone will always get pissed off.

I had a similar situation this morning with my MOT certificate which I eventually found tucked behind a rocking horse and a Thomas the Tank Engine play set. Its Road Tax Time!!!!!!!!!

you shouldnt need to have a driving license to tax the car.

An MOT* and insurance form should be all thats required

*depending on the age of the car.
