Is Ruby the opening song on their album? Its a decent song just think when you start with that its not giving you anywhere to go to.

Yeah it is but I love the whole album! Wake me up before you Go Go was the opener for Wham make it Big, that was a great album!

Garnet is a stone? I just thought it was a grumpy bloke's surname. Fratelli's album starts with Henrietta (I know that's not a stone but it is a girl's name).

Yours Truly, Angry Mob is not as good as Employment, but I still enjoy it. I got a bit fed up with Ruby though, it got killed on the radio. Also it was like they ran out of lyrics and just stuck Ruby in instead. I love track 7 and also the last one, Retirement.

Retirement I think is a brilliant song. I like Everything is Average nowadays as well but its gets stuck in my head too easily and I go mad.

Yeah and track 8 as well, the one about being a horrible person or something.

Snowbird, Anne Murray's greatest hits, by far the best start to an album ever. nuff said.
(I had this on an old Hi-fi wich had an Alarm on it, and when friends baby Sat the house I had this come on a 5a.m. every morning, very very funny !) They now hate the song !

Babylon Zoo - Animal Army from the Box With the X Ray Eyes is a good album kickoff... and is followed up by the hit they're famous for (from the Levis ad) Spaceman.

I think the reason Definitely Maybe is better than Whats the Story Morning Glory is that its a proper album rather than a collection of songs... if that makes sense.

I prefer Definitely Maybe because Whats The Story Morning Glory just makes me think of "Whats the Story in Balamory" and that kind of ruins an Oasis album.
