You scardy cat boboff you. Why would that hair be no good for the office? It would be probably much worse for the jobcentre or the house of commons or somewhere similar. Not that it should be but some people seem to get unnerved by difference.

it's weird you say that boboff. i noticed the ladies in the breakroom at work have, for the most part, given me dirty looks since idyed my hair blue. it's worse with the mohwak. one woman has asked me questions about it and seems ok with it, but the rest seem to think i'm a troll. of course, none of these people know i have cancer and my hair's starting to fall out.

Really? I find that interesting, as you are so open about it here - I guess talking about it with complete strangers is different to discussing it with work colleagues, but I'm sure if I had cancer everyone here would know about it! Me, me, me, me, me, me...............!

i don't really work with these people, so i never had a good opportunity to tell them. i work on the 4th floor in the library, they work for a different office for a different unit on the third floor. we all share a breakroom though. i think next week it'll be obvious what happened since my hair is really falling out now. it's depressing.

You should do a sponsored something or another, can you get sponsored the number of days you live or something and get them all to pledge a $1 for every day you survive with all the porceeds going to the Mcmillan Nurces, the nurses benefit, the stuffy third floor people all know, and you get there sympathy !

Excellent idea, only down side is I suppose someone else will have to collect the cash !
