I saw a cow give birth once. Many would prob find it pretty rank but I was amazed by the whole thing. Even more so that the wee calf was up and walking about, albeit a tad shoogly, within about an hour.

When it came out its mum it landed with a fair thump on the ground as well - not the most dignified way into the world.

Im glad I saw it happen though.

coming back from the pub find a cow that is asleep, they stay standing, and punch it in the face, it will fall over ! So funny

Thats actually quite difficult, because of the way Cows sleep.
They only sleep in very short bursts, and as they are a herd animal that naturally work together to prevent becoming prey.
They wouldn't all sleep at the same time, some would be sentries, and would alert the others should a boboff stumble over the gate singing "Yee Har! I'm a goin Cow-tippin"

Well, yes actually, but that was a different night, and a completely different activity, Out the back of The Druids arms for a quickie before walking young lassie home to her farm stead.

all of the museums i went to in manchester were free and interesting. lancaster city museum was free and interesting. i think preston's just boring as hell.
