the word Ignorant, I've had a few customers on Tech this morning who were blaming us for Windows problems (we dont do anything with Windows) or simply wouldnt listen to advice given and then tell me i'm not helping.

I didn't know you was a wizard at the old paintshop lol. I used to have that little paint programme thing on my old laptop, was gutted when it was nowhere to be found on the new computer, as I havent a clue how to do most of the cropping and stuff on paintshop.

I thought about commissioning mincy, but decided that I'd have to dig up my skills of old and try it myself. I use to be quite the jedi knight in the art of paint. I've still got it as you can clearly see.
