I'm a big fan of food especially 'unusual' or different food, also being welsh I love all kinds of food from wales, the other day I came across welsh mustard, it is a red mustard and is simply the best thing I have ever tasted, has anyone else tried it or even heard of it, also does anyone know where I can get hold of it?

When you say Welsh red mustard, do you mean mustard as in the condiment that you spread on your corned beef sandwiches (well I do.....), or as the leafy vegetable you would use in a salad?

I mean mustard as in the condiment, I put it on my ham sanwiches and it was great, but now my sandwiches just aren't the same without it

I have no issues with beetroot but im always convinced im going to spill it somewhere and get the dye everywhere.

this mustard that I had was lovely, it had something like 57% honey in it, so it was really sweet but had a bit of a kick to it
