You think she does? Fair play. I'm no style guru meself.

you're not feeling her look Gaspode? altho she has put on a fair bit of weight recently, but I was just referring to the hair.

i always though viv was gaspode's illegitimate love child, or something like that.

i'm not a fan of the fake red hair. so many people do it in the hopes of being a little wacky/zany/different, but it's becoming a cliche.

it's still going on i think. which is to say, if people want to dye their hair fair dos to them, but it doesn't give you a personality.

i'm about to get a proper mohawk and bleach my hair and dye it bright blue. this is all as a last gasp before chemo.

I personally never thought it did, I just like it. It's partly a signifier of alternative culture admittedly, like tattoos and piercings, but even so I wouldn't spend all the time, money and energy it takes to acquire it if I didn't genuinely love it. I use an american brand dye so over here I don't see too many people with my exact colour. In fact strangers often stop me in the street and ask what it is. (I don't really want to tell them tho, cos I don't want them all to have it! )

did i say that's why you did it? hmm... seems like my carefully chosen words aren't careful enough.

i only get pierced when i'm bored. luckily, that's not happening much. i was about to get a tattoo, but the cancer thing got in the way. my next tattoo will be my fake nipples i bet.

Nah, I know you didn't say it was me you meant. Just thought I'd throw my thoughts on it in there anyway. I often have the urge to get something pierced but there isn't much more I think will look good on me so I haven't had anything done for ages. It's the same with tattoos; I am running out of places for them.

nose piercings are so common now. i say if a sorority girl gets one, then it's mainstream.

My sister got the top of her nose done inbetween her eyes ,don't know the proper word for it, it was kinda gross/cool.

it's called an earl and gets infected really easily. one of my friends has it, and it's never properly healed (in 4 years!). it's absolutely nasty. but then again, so is she.

yeh my sister, Alice, put a bar in with invisible ends for work and one of her ends fell off and her bar fell out with out her realising. When she noticed it when she got home from her shift it had closed up. lol

I'm not entirely sure what 'sorority' means, but it is indeed mainstream now. When I got my nose pierced for the first time 15 years ago, piercing (apart from ears) it was so unusual, strangers in the street would ask me if it hurt. Now I don't think there is any piercing that surprises anyone, even old ladies.

I think I will stay outside the mainstream on this one. I need no more holes in my body ta.

I've had my ear pierced twice, one as normal and one along the top. After 3 months I still couldn't sleep on the side of the piercing, so I took it out. a few days later I gave it a squeeze and... Splat!

I also had my bottom lip pierced as a bet. Its out now though.
I remember the stuff they sray on your lip to make it go numb. It slipped down my throat and I could talk properly for an hour...

Both are fine on others, but I am scared of people who have tattoos on their face.

I like those patterns the girls have on the base of the spine, you can play find the path to the hidden garden when your, well when your, well *cough* ok bye

I can't see WHY you would have a facial tattoo unless you're a Native American Indian, or part of some other culture where it's traditional.
