I noticed lately that handover between those two ends up in an exchange of cheeky comments. Its funny but i think that Jo takes it way more serious as it is. More i think she is pissed off about most of the comments Chris makes. The thing is she plays 2 songs at the start of her show anyway but she's more then keen to start her show. + do you think Jo is fit coz i dont... and am not sure what Moyles really sees in her

It does come across as fairly obvious she can't be arsed with it. I think she possibly feels nervous / intimidated around either Chris or around things that she needs to improvise on.

Either that or she has been getting grief from the bosses, but I think that she would have brought that up by now!

Its a shame coz i like hearing the DJs talk to each other - the handover with JK & Joel and Chris is normally worth a listen.

Most memorable exchange was the first year when it was her birthday and they really whooped it up for her, treated her special. I think generally he just likes to make her feel special.

I'm just gonna stop there because I'm in a weird mood today, I dont often get this when typing but I've just had a strong case of deja vu, and not because Jo Whiley is like a Beyonce to me, she might be to Chris though. Honestly for that moment there I felt like I was in a parralell universe that had already typed the first paragraph there.

Yes, now that they've got rid of the 6.55 talkie talkie handover (which I liked) it's good to see Chris bringing in JK & J 20 mins or so into the prog - especially to take the piss out of Joel and his make up!

The point of her being annoyed will be as follows :

She's a professional DJ who feels treated as a non-professional by Moyles.... he wouldn't start the show like that with a male DJ. I imagine she feels patronised, and just wants to get on with her day.

I'm with you 100% there captain, if these 2 would just bugger off with their silly little office girl shows, then maybe the rest of us could have something to listen to that caters for more than just music and celebrities, films etc.

Viv, I sort of agree with Moyles that she plays it down with him on the air to save face. Its all good fun and if she cant see that, then shes old and past it and used to taking things (ie herself) so damn seriously. Certainly makes interesting listening in the sound vault. After the first song of Whileys show I switch off, nuff said. Moyles is doing her a favour, plant him next to anyone even edith and he'll make them sound interesting for a few minutes.

I was thinking a similar thing with Carrie this morning, sometimes she really does just pass me by, I'm convinced my ears enjoy hearing her as I'm a male, but I just couldn't recall a single story she had read, I didn't watch the game last night either, shes very fast indeed, same as Jo.
