I maintain that I think it will be crap, but I'm looking forward to it all the same and hope I'm wrong. July is shaping up to be a very exciting month for me.

How can The Simpsons movie be crap! It'll be the most amazing piece of cartoon genius ever made.

Better than Ren and Stimpy? I doubt it.

I'd go as far as saying; not only will it be better than Ren and Mr Stimp but it'll be better than every King of the Hill episode you've ever watched ballbag.

I agree with your last statement, I've never watched King of the Hill.

I'm not saying it'll be crap........ but I do feel an air of "over hype" being associated with it. Getting people's hopes up and all that........... Star Wars Episode 1 all over again.

Hmmm... Good choice Ballbag but let's be honest shall we?

It's got to be Sister Act 2.

Check and indeed mate.

Yeah I was wondering that, and in any case the titanic film was largely a success......... so you can retract that.

Oh I wasn't playing Poker or Chess, just using various bits of game-related word play during each post.

I thought Titanic was quite shite.

Ren and Stimpy was pish. Pure pish!

King of the Hill is watchable, Family Guy is better. The Family Guy movie was alright.

The South Park movie was very funny, even if it was pretty much three episodes stuck back to back.

The Simpsons is going to be pretty much the same I would expect, but they will be pulling out all the stops for it. It will be genius.

I don't recall the South Park movie being like 'three episodes stuck back to back', and I don't recall a hell of a lot of singing in regular SP episodes...are we thinking of the same film?

meh, you might have a point there. I meant more along the lines of it being the same sorta feel as the episodes. The songs were cracking though!

I assume you mean me. If so, as long as I remember - yeah probably.

The Family Guy Movie - Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story is a special made up of 3 episodes. I believe that is the one Foots is thinking of.

That would make a lot more sense. The Family Guy movie wasn't that bad, but it would have been better if had had been promoted as a special 'feature length' episode instead of a movie/film. The South Park move, on the other hand, was amazing. The Simpsons movie is looking promising, but only time will tell...

Yeah it was kinda 3 B stories, but with the A Story where it follows Stewie over the 3 episodes.

I know I probably won't have many people agree but I find it hard to watch whole episodes of the Simpsons. Its funny in parts but quite often its dull.
