What do I have to do to work on a radio station?

Sleep with the boss my friend, it's the way to the top.... trust me.


On a serious note I don't think it's something you can just "get into", read Moyle's biography, it took him years to get where he is.

I also think though that there are some things that you need to posess before becoming a DJ, not all can be learned, be funny, be able to talk alot, be entertaining, have a decent voice, be into your music... oh and be too ugly for TV.

NB, not all of the above are necessary.

hospital radio?

all my friends in america who work in radio got into it through college radio, which is quite a few. to be fair, i did meet them all at my college radio station, which i'm finally taking a break from after six years!
