I've just seen first two episodes of Heroes, the show Chris was talking about. Normaly I do not take Chris' sugestions about tv series (Robin Hood - rubbish)
but this time I've said to my self. Try it Man - try it. And must say its BRRRRIL!. Anyone seen it yet?

If you mean the unanswered questions, then its nowhere near as many as Lost, and Heroes is answering some.

true, but it keeps adding new ones that really seem quite pointless. the one thing i give it props for is making sites like peterandclaire.net totally icky now, so much so that all the fanwanks might give it a rest now. there's a minor spoiler in that.

The X-Files suffered the same thing toward the end, well... pretty much from the movie onwards really. Before that there were more standalone episodes.

I used to get slagged at school because of how into the x files I was. (everyone would abuse me coz I always had the videos before everyone else. Then they would come up to me on their own and ask to borrow them!)

I started gettin pissed off with it because of the whole government / alien cover up thing. There was sooo many questions needing answered and they PROMISED me that they would be answered in the movie. Did they hell! It only ended up asking more questions than there was already!

Thats the last full x-file "episode" I watched.

I hate the way that America trys to suck every last penny out of a show rather than give the viewers what they really want (See Twin Peaks for an example!) (and Lost!).

Plus - im with Chris on the Invasion issue - I watched the first series and was pretty impressed with it, only to log onto IMDB and discover that the second series has been postponed indefinitly!

I used to like the X-Files when I caught it but didn't very often watch it. Only seen a few episodes.

The first few seasons were still the best, before it got bogged down in The Great Conspiracy Theory plot. My favourite episodes are still the ones with Tooms.
