Anyone else loving Fearne & Reggie on weekend brekkie?

What a couple of rays of sunshine! I never thought anyone would do better than D J Spoony in this slot, but these 2 have definitely proved me wrong!!

As well as thoroughly knowing all their music stuff, they're v. well matched, positive, and also really funny! Yesterday morning's reading of text messages was an absolute hoot! A Sunday is the day when they read texts out in a slow fashion, which always manages to be hilarious!

I've always found them uncomfortable to listen to. There's too many awkward silences where I always feel they are looking at each other going "what do I say now?".

That said, I'll try and have a listen to the Sunday show you mention and see what I think after that.

I don't think Spoony was crap, but he always sounded uncomfortable to me, like he was just nervous and unsure of himself. Made me feel nervous listening to him, because it always sounded like something was about to go wrong, I found myself tensing up for the big disaster......but he seems a nice enough bloke. Thas my reason, Demonhorse.

Having listened to them today, i am prepared to change my argument from "pretty poor" to "could be worse".

They did make me laugh a couple of times - the bit about things folks have said in their dreams was quite funny.

The slow text bit would come under that heading of "uncomfortable listening" in my book though.

I wouldn't worry too much about annoying people, unless you are a complete troll (which you obviously aren't). The people who would get annoyed will find something to moan about anyway, you may as well just get on with it!

To be honest, i've decided it's Fearnes voice. She seems pretty popular with most folk so im beginning to thing i may be in the minority, but her voice just irritates me. No offence meant, im sure she is a lovely person, etc etc.

I have found from experience that I have an amazing gift for annoying people when I need to so maybe I'm just part troll. So far I've think I've been alright, saying that though probably means everyone will find something to hate me for.
