I still listen to Moyles but the show is just not a good with Rachael as the producer. She just annoys everyone and it was far more funny when Will was on and Moyles would rip the piss out him.

Will has moved on to be come more involved with the visual aspect of Radio 1, he's the guy that deals with filming of radio 1 events which you can see on the tv (press the red button now) I just think the show would be going backwards if they brought Kinder back to produce the show.

Yeah, as a B.A. You hardly heard him at all back then but now he is an attention seeking annoying person that thinks its the Aled Jones show. I wish he would leave the show tomorrow.

He is not funny and he wants to be part of everything. The only reason he is there is to be the butt of the jokes but even that has worn thin. Will was funny and actually made me laugh. Anyway, I wasnt even complaining about Aled, it Rachel that should leave as she is worse than Aled. Her voice goes right through me and all she does in complain, complain and complain. If it was just Chris, Dave and Dom the show would be far better. Moyle doesnt need these hangers-on.

I hardly thing "hanger on" is a reasonable or accurate description of either of them. "Producer" would be better.

Yup - like their on air input or not, im sure they put a hell of a lot of work into the show behind the scenes.

As Bfb says, Chris is not daft - I doubt anyone would be allowed anywhere near a mic if he didn't think it was helping the show.

You dont become the producer of Radio1's flagship show with out being good at your job but that doesnt mean they should be an on air personality. If they both just shut up the show would be better. IMO

If his book is to be believed, Chris was given his choice of team, and Rachel was who he chose as producer. If this is the case, then I see no reason why he couldn't change the members of his team if he so wished. So you have to kind of think he doesn't want to, so they must be pretty damn good, because he doesn't strike me as someone who would tolerate anything else.

yeah, im pretty sure chris said in his book that he couldnt do the show without her.

maybe a bit strong but he obviously feels she is very important.

I think Will was a mate, Rachel is not, you need to have decipline in any job and I think Chris will choose on that basis he needs a producer who works not gets "friendly"
