Something just wasn't the same about Car Park Catchphrase... although I think it'll need time to settle in again, plus the callers were a bit dull today. When CPC had magic callers, it was fantastic.

Good show today, it was odd to hear CPC again, but i thought it was funny.

Hooray for CPC! Let me just say, they've recorded all the stuff Roy says again haven't they! Note the new sarcasm in his voice when he says "Join us same time next time.." Can't help but wonder they're trying to convince us that it aint worth keeping because the thicko callers make it long and tiresome, the old CPC worked because you never tired of the structure of how Roy said stuff. I'm loving the fact its back, minus effing brats and hopefully it will stay as we renew our CPC vows.

And as for Dom finding Demon Towel in his bathroom, surely I mis-heard that? Only joking, and I have examined the picture and it looks like he himself is on it too, theres a bald bloke to the right merged in who looks like a ninja turtle, anyone else see it?

*sniff* Goodbye 6:55 madness, no more getting into Fearne's Snickers, I love chocolate, and no more Joel Gold and other craazy madcap randomness. I guess they was fed-up of the news being late. It was just right because I've gotta be honest 5 - 7 minutes of JK and Joel a day was just about enough for me, well, its all change now, onwards and upwards for the early worms slot, it feels smoother doesn't it? Shimmy shimmy shimmy, just means we have to wait that little bit longer for him. If I were a big fat hairy truck driver who finished his night shift at 7 I'd be a bit trucked off yak yak yak yak and now its time fer the news hehe, but no I was fast asleep so I feels juust fine thank yous, CPC gives what the 6:55 end takes away, so I'm always getting one end, plus those new jingles are veeeeeery jolly wooooo lets gooooooo, which is nice.

I'm glad the JK and Joel bit has gone, and happy that CPC is finally back.

I feel like the only person who was glad when CPC went away, it always annoyed me a bit and the thick callers make it drag on far too long, but that's just my view and I'm obviously outnumbered.

I'm also a bit disappointed about the new 7 o'clock start. I Liked the chats with JK & Joel and Fearne and Reggie, well more Fearne if i'm honest.

It seems like the radio1 police are having a go at Chris, Play more records, say your name more in a show which features your name, sound warm and friendly, play the news on time (ok maybe that is a bit important), start the show at exactly 7. I dunno, just seems like they used to give him a bit more of a free run and now they're tightening up on things.
